Where the Sovereign Grace of God is proudly and
unashamedly proclaimed; where Scripture remains the sole
authority for all faith and practice; where endeavors to keep
the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace is our utmost desire;
where earnest contending for the faith is exercised without being
contentious; and where Christ's glory is sought in all we say and
do!

Another Baptism!

On May 25th 2008 we had the glorious and blessed
privilege of baptizing yet another brother and
adding him to our fellowship. Family and friends
came from San Antonio and Dallas to witness this
glorious event and we are so very thankful to
God for His rich mercy and grace, in bringing
this dear brother and his two daughters into our
fellowship. To see more pictures just click the

Grace
"Grace" is more than mercy and love, it
super adds to them. It denotes, not
simply love, but the love of a
sovereign, transcendly superior, one
that may do what he will, that may
wholly choose whether he will love or
no. There may be love between equals,
and an inferior may love a superior; but
love in a superior, and so superior as
he may do what he will, in such a one
love is called grace: and therefore
grace is attributed to princes; they are
said to be gracious to their subjects,
whereas subjects cannot be gracious to
princes. Now God, who is an infinite
Sovereign, who might have chosen whether
ever He would love us or no, for Him to
love us, this is grace." (Thomas

Let
not the trumpet give an
uncertain sound
For if the trumpet give an
uncertain sound, who shall
prepare himself to the
battle?
(1Co 14:8)
Satan never wearies in his
vicious and deceitful
attempts to hinder the
advance and progress of
Christ’s kingdom amongst
men. He is ever “going to
and fro in the earth, and
walking up and down in it”
(Job1), in his relentless
and unmerciful attempts to
destroy the souls of men.
His hunger and appetite to
“devour the souls of men”,
are never satisfied as he
“roams about like a roaring
lion” (1Pet.5:8).
